This one owner touring caravan will be supplied with all original books/manuals & certificates, Including the original sales brochure. As you enter the caravan you have the Galley kitchen straight in front of you, Which is equipped with a hot & cold mixer tap sink with removable drainer, Eye level Microwave, A full cooker inclusive of a four burner hob (one of which is electric) & a full size separate oven & separate grill, An under counter tri-fuel fridge with freezer box. To the left of the door as you enter, you will find the large dining/Seating area (including a free standing table) which folds down into a large double bed as one of the two double beds available. At the back end of the tourer is the fixed double island bed with underneath storage. In between the lounge & bedroom areas is the stand alone large shower on the starboard side, which is opposite the large shower room on the port side of the van with swivel cassette W.C. The rear end bedroom & washing facilities can be isolated with the dual use shower room door. Habitat door fly screen, Black out blinds & fly screens also on all windows, 240v hook up, Leisure battery, full size spare wheel & space for two gas bottles (one included), Blown warm air heating system. This caravan has the added bonus of all of the equipment required, left in the van from the original owner, as they have given up caravanning.
